Kaizen Collision Center - Flagstaff East

My car was involved in a fender bender. Insurance scheduled me for a drop-off 2 days later. Check-in took no more than 5 minutes, with a welcoming, smiling staff member. She kept me informed of the repair status. The car was completed a day early, and check-out took about another 5 minutes. All in all, a very nice experience with Kaizen East.

Incredible service from start to finish! After hitting road debris on our way to Seattle, our car was disabled in Flagstaff. The local Honda dealer pointed us to Kaizen Collision, and Mason and his team took fantastic care of us from the start. Mason did a thorough initial assessment and laid out a clear timeline. Being miles away at home could have made this stressful, but Mason and the team provided detailed updates twice a week on parts and progress. Coordinating our flight back to pick up the vehicle was effortless because of their communication. The final result? The car looks and feels brand new—literally like nothing ever happened! I can’t thank Mason and Kaizen enough. Highly recommended to anyone needing auto body work in the Flagstaff area.

I have no complaints. I had excellent service, communication and car was done early. It was immaculately clean inside. The repair work was beautiful. Car looked brand new.

Mason was so helpful when I stopped by for help reattaching a lower door trim panel that had come off while driving on a dirt road. The panel wasn’t damaged, but I couldn’t get it back on. Mason took it right away and within 10 minutes had it reattached. I so appreciated Mason’s kindness, expertise and generosity, as he wouldn’t let me pay him. Thank you to Mason and Kaizen Collision Center!
